The mission of Women Leaders in Law Enforcement – Riverside County chapter (WLLERC) is to foster collaboration and build strong relationships among women and men in the law enforcement community.  Our primary goal is to nurture and develop the next generation of leaders within the law enforcement profession. 
 
WLLERC aligns with and promotes the values and mission of the statewide Women Leaders in Law Enforcement Foundation or WLLEF. Through our commitment to these objectives, we seek to include everyone in our law enforcement profession both sworn and non-sworn, professional staff, dispatchers, records supervisors, accountants, community services officers and administrative aids.
 
We seek to offer mentorship, helpful resources and future trainings to empower individuals to excel in their personal and professional lives.
